Residential solar installs and options to go solar have grown leaps and bounds in the past decade, but solar is still new to many households. A great consumer experience includes not only helping consumers understand solar and quality installations/service, but also knowing what you can do, can’t do, and must do. This session will walk through some of the key considerations, tips, and policy developments when guiding customers through the sales process and beyond, including claims about tax credits, lead generation, and contracts.
