Energy Transition Theater: Advancing Access to Solar Energy through Community Engagement and Workforce Development: Views from the field

There are barriers related to policy, affordability and accessibility that limit widespread adoption of solar energy. Involving local communities in our solar initiatives provides a wealth of valuable insights, as well as building mutual trust and fostering collaboration. We will examine successful real world examples and a case study highlighting the impact of workforce development on solar adoption and job creation. Key strategies and resources will be identified.
